I've looked at PTCH and PTCHW off and on. Right now the TA indicators show they may have bottomed out, but there is no clear turnaround yet. Please keep me posted periodically since the warrants would be a nice buy on the rebound.

I own BNGO and BNGOW. Wish I had bought the warrants first under a buck. Warrants provide great leverage in a value play.

I held off on PTCH because I really don't understand the military contracting world. Can you tell me more about PTCH which tells me why they will do well in a world of declining government spending? Whatever people think about Clinton, the days of fat government budgets are over. I'd still like to know how to find the firms which benefit regardless.

Put simply, since I haven't read the thread recently, what does PTCH do so well that it stands out?
