I too, would like a detailed explanation of Riley's 144 numbers. He struts them out there implying they can't be sold, when in reality, some already have been. Why couldn't the all have been sold?

Any time new shares are noticed, Riley automatically adds them to the 144 list. Why? To give you all the impression that these shares are not in the float, and perpetuate the squeeze.

If this is true, the price of this stock is being held up, artificially, long enough to give all these guys an opportunity to sell to you at these prices.

Remember Morgan and Breton say they only own 300,000. Who holds the other 1,271,081? My guess is the float. And there are new shares potentially coming on stream. The company has only 30 days to issue the now unrestricted stock from the ending date, unless they can come up with some realistic reason why they're holding up the issuance.

Ergo, no squeeze.
