Ivan, Myron,

Since SCNI is a youngster, I used the 55 day MA/MLR and it's set up to make an optimum crossover. Both are moving up which is a big requirement. The other technicals say to wait for the breakout, the volume looks good and some of the short-term stuff have preliminary breakouts. The MACD seems to be retesting a breakout over its downtrend. This indicator is the one that most suggests to wait until the price gets to 14 or more on volume before buying. The short-term (5 day) moneyFlow is reaching overbought but it looks like the stock could get to just over 15 before it would need a brief rest. Of course accomplishing that would constitute a breakout from the widening formation and if one was stalking it, they would already be in before it got to 15. After the usual consolidation (basing), SCNI would continue above 15 and trend up to test 20 in the short-term.
