Well the recent batch of Bic pens I bot were Made in Mexico. Utter junk! You know - when you write and it leaves gobs of ink on the page that smears. That is their "improved" classic "round stic" series.

Anyways, sounds right. Question is - is the crap from Mexico a cut above or below the junk from China?
