It is my understanding that PFE has recently enjoyed a run up in share price primarily due to hopes of huge profits with the approval of Viagra.

If Viagra is all it is said to be, and these huge profits are forthcoming, why the massive insider selling this week at PFE? Is the selling due to another reason?
Or did insiders hype Viagra, get a pop in the price, and then dumped their shares?
