Actually I do. I suspect you do too, at least the definition of it. You just aren't introspective enough to realize that is about all you do.

Only in a commodity driven market. In something like healthcare, which is almost all labor, increasing the labor pool mutes this effect. You are applying the wrong set of theories to this.

True. But Ryan's plan would for all but those wealthy enough to plug the holes. Which isn't the vast majority of seniors. Few other plans would do that.

Not true. Under Ryan's plan, most seniors would be back like they were before Medicare. With few or no choices.

Like where, Tim? Many are single payer. Even the ones that aren't, the companies are required to provide coverage at set prices.

Now, I am talking about the developed countries. I will grant you that many third world countries are like you describe. If that is your model, well that say a lot.
