Wow, but they're going about it the wrong way and not making much of an impact. All they've done is made themselves look like fools and they've inconvenienced themselves with jail and financial penalties.

If they would stop and think things through, they would realize that there are infinite creative ways to make a point and produce much better results.

Some citizens go for angry, brute force, which is ultimately self-defeating. Patience, subtly, formulation of thought, and creative thinking are required instead for much better results that last.
