So only 1/3 of Americans have passports. Big deal. Ask yourself how many Chinese or Indian citizens have passports. I'll bet it's a lot less than 1/3. Same with Russia.

That's just a defining characteristic of big nations. Of course, you and Bentway use it as another excuse to attack the GOP.
