Japan is just seven years into a 15 year decline according to the chief ecomonist at RBC Dominion, said several weeks ago - {Somerville - he worked in Japanese banking for seven years]. As for North American Real Estate, it should do very well over the next two years !! 30 year bond yield now below 6% in Canada, & getting close to 6% in USA. Asians are even coming over here buying real estate up.
