I like Vivendi I actually bought it on the American last time you mentioned it when it was even cheaper and sold it on a quick pop and for some reason it fell of my radar. They are not expensive and much cheaper than VOD and most names do not know much about the other company will look in to it. Vivendi right now is a solid company @ a good price. They are worth more than what the market is valuing them @ summing up @ all the parts (I like Activision and GVT). I like the risk/reward in this name, but believe they are close to a 52 week high when adding back in the crazy 1.40 dividend they just payed out.

Still searching for smallcap Japanese names went though about another 50 companies this weekend and only one was interesting Sasebo IND. Daiwa Ind was a little interesting also different than Daiwa securities the one I own but I did not like the fact they have risen about 30% recently. I am getting dizzy with Japan companies and it does not help that every company looks the same there must be like 10 companies with Nippon & Hatachi in there company name. I know they must mean something in Japan but I am too lazy to look.
