Hi o Bearded1, If you say he is crazy then are you not thinking in our terms and not his? The bottom line is that between the Britts and the USA, we have spent a billion bucks twice now for so-called false alarms... remember last year when he was massing troops on the Kwaiti border? So I think he is right, we will use the diplomacy lull to get our forces ready to pound the heck out of him. And I do think we will go ahead this time... it may start even as we "speak..."
