Why did the Congressman follow the tweets of a 21-year-old college student he had never met? She's not a celebrity, but rather just a fan of his who happens to be young and good-looking. Meanwhile, this girl should also reveal the name of the person who started harassing her after Weiner started following her. That person would be the number one suspect in an FBI investigation.
