The man said today that he could not state with "certitude" the photo wasn't of him. Frankly, I just don't know what else a person needs to hear. Did he send it? Who the hell knows? Clearly, he would know if he took the picture and whether it was Weiner's weener. He did or he didn't. He's dodging the questions, and like Gary Condit before him, it should drive him from office. Guilty or not, he looks guilty as hell.
