Tomato: If I understand your post you are inquiring about whether or not Winspear fit
the category of a "promising company" before mid march. I am not well informed
about Winspear but lurk that string only because Aberf has an interest in it ( I hold only
issues traded on exchanges in USA ). Judging by what I read there I can't include it,
primarily because there is considerable doubt expressed about management's dealings
with shareholder's interests. That is a vexing issue and is a current concern to me in
regards my holdings in BGO. Without confidence in the management's concern for the
shareholders (or their own reputation and good name)I can't generate much interest in
any company - and it's really frustrating to have your confidence in management
evaporate after you are already a shareholder. Management's good name can add
great value and behavior that seems to raise doubts can cancel a lot of potential.
