Dave, I think that you are right the stock will pop tommorrow related to Barrons and then trail off because the MM's know that the earnings will be off a little. This company has to digest USR and that will take more than one quarter. But not much more IMHO the synergies between the two companies are too compelling. DrRisk anxious but patiently waiting to get on board
