"Are you kidding me?"

No.

"This is a serious case of hacking, identity theft, and harassment ..."

Hacking? Sort. It was a big enough security hole that yfrog had to make a hasty fix. With its email to post feature, I could use my email account to post anything I want to your twitter feed by only knowing your twitter address. And it would look like you did it.

So I suppose you could consider it identity theft, although it would be a tough case to make. It isn't hacking, at least in the way it is generally understood. It is harassment, which Breitbart seems to have realized and might be behind his leaking of the emails from Wolfe who is implicated in doing this.

So, despite you claims, it does appear that it was some mundane security hole.

Really, Tenchu, try to educate yourself. It makes you look like Shorty, who no one expects to know much of anything. Or maybe TopCat, but I don't want to be insulting...
