So when is a recovery "complete"?

Bottom line is that the New Deal didn't work. Trying to argue that FDR didn't go far enough to prop up a flatlined economy is meaningless.

Besides, all you're doing is backing up Krugman's bogus logic, which is to boost deficit spending even more and/or reduce interest rates to below zero. This is where Keynesian economic theory breaks down, because there's only so much that monetary policy and artifical pumping can do.

Might want to stick to your point and leave it at that. All this "you don't know history" and "you must hate the middle class" nonsense makes you look like a fool.
