What I don't like is that in J-J 2009 the long-term ROC was making a cross-over into positive territory and it's value was strongly over the MA. Today, the value is under the long-term MA and the MA is headed downward.

As long as we don't get a long-term RSI breakdown, then we should be ok for a while longer... BWDIK
