Bilberry, I dont know what I said that makes you think I am impatient. I dont own any warrants and dont think anybody should, I think you should own the stock, NOT the warrants. I own a boatload.

On another note, regarding the dilution , keep this in mind. For earnings reporting purposes ALL stock and warrants are figured in. BUT the dilution is not as bad at it seems at first. REMEMBER that the upcoming warrants will most likely expire worthless and NOT BE EXCERSISED. There are 2 million of them out there and when they are gone , the number of shares outstanding for fully diluted earnings reporting purposes will be REDUCED by those 2 million.....the new private placement is a MAXIMUM (not necessarily all will be sold) of 3.088 million shares and 772,000 warrants = 3.86 million new - 2 million old warrants = NET DILUTION of 1.86 million shares for a gain of 10.5 million dollars.......I think this is pretty damn GOOD and will have only a very SHORT TERM negative impact until people realize this........best of luck as always, patiently.......;^)
