You can take this for what it is worth. I make no claims on any truth here. But Mork has told me that The Reg-S offering of 13,100,000 shares should have been an off-shore transaction, meaning they can't be sold to US citizens. (the one referred to in the Equities Magazine article, and they were issued at a 30% dicsount to the bid? Really!)

Mork tell me the shares were issued to Hertiage Enterprises in the Bahamas. The principals, according to Mork are one Michael Sullivan and Alicia Perez. Mork says they are both US citizens. He also claims the shares never went to the Bahamas, but were kept for some time at the transfer agent and shipped along with stock powers from Perez and Sullivan to Attorney Business Advisors PO box 1405, Rancho Mirage CA, c/o Michael Zapara president. There were 5 certificates, for a million shares each, numbers 1041 through 1045.

My first thought about this is I am still missing about 5 million shares here. I wonder if these might be the ones to which Mork refers. But then he says there were stock powers attached.

I have heard that Zapara did some selling from a number of people, some very close to him.

You can take this whole post for what it's worth. The detail is pretty good for all of it to be wrong IMHO.
