YEARS past time for a complete over-haul of the US tax codes (personal and corporate) and drastic simplification... elimination of loopholes and 'special preference items' and concomitant lowering of RATES.

That is the only stimulus that will be effective at this point in time.

It would raise the average growth rate for decades to come.
