What is S3 going to pay for it with? Crus is a far more respected company than S3 right now, which is scary because we all know CRUS. Could be though. Why would S3 want any more capacity. Capacity is not an issue but margins. Buying a competitor to elimiate a competitor and raise pricing is illegal. Good luck, steve
