And most of them keep up their same agenda they were peddling along with me and you back then to this day. A broken clock is right twice a day. Seriously how many of these people live in places that still have a massive housing bubble like Vancouver? I know FL and the other ground zero markets fell so long ago it is almost hilarious anyone to be talking about bubbles here at this date. As to overhang there is trillions in cash waiting and willing to soak up the remaining distressed in coming years...what fools perma bears are...
