I got on to Chaoda by reading the reports from a UK manager whose website has since become password only, so my source of info has been cut off. The last thing I remember reading was that the Chaoda boss was an old-timer who would do anything the gov/party said, and they were worried about rising food prices, so he was going to raise production, not necessarily a business decision. I think that is partly what has the investment community spooked, that he is not working principally to enrich the shareholders.
