Actually, it indicates it was EXTRACTED from CBO data.

But it is important to remember that CBO is, essentially, an Excel spreadsheet with the person ordering the study sitting at the controls.

If the Democrats order a study, they get what they want. Same with the Republicans.

As we saw with the CBO Obamacare study, there is not even a requirement that the assumptions make any sense.

By the time you filter CBO's results through a liberal organization, you just get pure and utter nonsense.
