Agree completely... Takes a special kind of person though to consciously reach over and do the deed no ? Just because they can... skinning ? burning ? C'mon... like Like those kids that enjoy pulling wings off flies... How many could butcher their own food ... eventually get used to it.. Most of those countries have lower value in human life right... a correlation it seems... one reason we are buying more and more free range (still not perfect but meat is in our nature no ?), which has become more work as some local marketing used to stock free range have ceased due to 'lack of interest' ... and we don't do veal period. Also I'd say five out of seven days are meatless in our house.. we eat a lot of fish and usually two days per week no animal protein.. And I was a guy that could eat steak and eggs day in day out... we can't all go and hunt for ourselves.. for many reasons... a lot fewer of us would be a lot better for many reasons too :O)
