I make no claims on any truth here. But Mork has told me that The Reg-S offering of 13,100,000 shares should have been an off-shore transaction

Now we're getting somewhere! Previously, you've referred to "reg s/off-shore shares" and now you say "should have been an off-shore transaction"!! So your previous "fact" (never documented) is now just a guess, a stab in the dark. What's your motive?
