" Yes, once again you let your "ignorant understanding" confuse you - all you had to do was check Intel's Web site and their SEC 10Q filings. Intel reports TWO numbers - the number of ACTUAL shares outstanding and the Sum of the Actual Shares Outstanding PLUS "shares issuable from assumed exercise of options and warrants ". These "issuable shares" vary from quarter to quarter and last quarter amounted to about 162,000,000 shares. Work a little harder, Ali, and you can learn a lot more about Intel. It won't hurt you.
