Regarding temporary suspension of quotes; I just got off the phone with Ed Meyers at the HQ. The company is looking into the matter with the intent of finding a resolution at this time. Michael will be calling OTCMarkets.com and I presume the issue(s) will be addressed and corrected. Third party manipulation is typically the root cause of such incidents. So, it is probably a good idea to see how the situation works out - rather than panicking at the suggestion of blathering bashers.

Stockholders may call and speak to their broker's compliance guy or their sr. floor person and get some factual input as to any SEC involvement. OTCMarkets can suspend quotations with or without SEC involvement based on their knowledge, lack of submitted info - or 3rd party reports which may or not be truthful.
