The AISI deal seems to be going thru. I am sure ESIO will try to complete it by the end of Nov so they can use the number for the 2nd quarter release. IMO the 2nd quarter numbers should be good because it won't be affected the Asian situation yet. Backlog could be affected due to currency pressure. At $44, ESIO is a good deal...but this market is kind of fickle right now. Later
