He and his spouse was kind to treat my wife n I to Joel robuchon when we last met in person. As I brought along a gift of book, he picked up the restaurant tab of mid 4 digits for the neo continental meal served tapas style in a black marble setting. The froi gras burgers were heavenly and champagne elixir adequately substituted for h2o water during the meal.

As to water, china has plenty of water but in the wrong places, so the solution is infrastructural in nature. I however do fear for india's china water, all in Tibet, strategically located very high up, adequately defended, and more precious than maybe even oil.

I must think whether I should turn off tap to water-feature in garden, even though hong kong's water come from the sky and by pipe from the north.

Bit of tongue in cheek. Just back in HK after 3-days trip.
