The flood begins NOW! I disagree. $3 holds until next week. Honest John has known for some time that he would have to 8K this PIPE before the AGM or risk a repeat of last year's shareholder's question. He would have factored the negative effect into his wash-trading strategy - after all, he has an extra $4.5 million to use now. It was classy of him to wait until an hour after AGM registration closed to announce the JBII $.70 Friends & Family Plan so as not to dissuade anyone from signing up to attend (gotta inflate those numbers too)!
