Question. (You know, Shalom, that where the Word of God is I just only want the truth and so do you, and it is so easy to have optical illusions where the word is concerned unless one goes to the Strongs)
Is it logical to compare tares, false Christians, walking side by side with real Christians, every generation of every century for 2000 years as an end times scripture? Why is this? Do you see end times at all in this? Should I? Please correct me.
And is it logical to associate any allusion to catching up of believers at the last moment of time in history, either at THE last moment, or a few earth's hours prior to that, with the word which tranlates "crop" or "reaping". And also a vague illusion to "summer" as in harvesting. Is crop, reaping, or summer at all the same as the event now termed "rapture", which we of course don't see in the bible, but neither do I see the word Trinity in the Bible either, although there certainly is one.
Nor do I see drums, although we now associate them with King David. And if David was our reference to follow, should our pastors strip off their clothing completely and lead us down the street making noise with everything we could get our hands on? Am I having a bad day here, or have we accepted things which are not as clearly the perfect Will of God as they could be?
Forgive me for asking questions here in the chapel, as I see it, but I don't think the Lord will mind if it leads to my correction or further direction for the times.
I'm finding them approaching "perilous" once again. |
