I do not understand the deal either. Looks like the acquisition being so significant, it will drive the company.

I'm intending to wait a quarter or two to see how they turn this formerly privately-held Wheeler Bros into a public company. That is, I assume as privately-held, the company was structured to show minimum profits, whereas as being publicly-held now, the management will want to show positive (taxable)net earnings.
