"I did not think anyone could get this country back on it's feet after the BUSH 8 years." Had he done 10X as much for energy and climate, we'd be doing decently right now. Instead, he gave us cuts in home heating assistance in exchange for letting him have a tax cut for himself. Instead of 1 million unemployed youngsters planting 1 billion trees and watering them, he gave us Koch tax breaks. He's spending 10 bucks an American on the smart grid (and that's 10 bucks more than all previous admins combined); China is spending close to 300 bucks per person, and they have a lot more people than we do.
