YES...all warrants, options(in the money) and shares outstanding are used in the calculation of fully diluted earnings per share............some of these are part of new IRS regulations in effect for the first time..........it will change the way some companies report earnings.........at least thats the way it was explained to me by an Accountant on the MSON board some time ago.........;^)
