The hedge funds that gained control of WAMU's debt got their greedy pickers caught in their arrogant zappers due to allegations of insider trading. At this time there is no guarantee for commons, but if discovery of insider trading, or other signs of malfeasance spread fear to JPM Chase and the FDIC commons may do very well. Any further info on Laidlaw?
