Don't forget lawyer's fees and court costs. If the company had to sue in an overseas court, I'm not entirely sure if they could recover their court costs+fees. Assuming that it is scrap, there is a possiblity that the total costs would exceed or equal the cash value of the steamer. All that work, for nothing + the possibility of losing. Kurt
