What sticks on the craw of many Christians about Mormons is their insistence on calling themselves Christians even though they don't believe in the Trinity. The Trinity is the one thing Catholics and most Protestants agree on completely and is at the heart of the historic Christian church's belief. Their belief about who Jesus is is unorthodox to say the least. evangelicals really dislike them, I don't know why.
