As the Press Release above reads, this Company is transitioning from a private entity to a public one via the Corporate shell named NHS Health Solutions, Inc. Centacom Corporation will be the new name of the public Corporation. The new stock symbol is not yet available. Many more details need to be released as the transition progresses.
