The data might include corporate income tax, or it might not. Its labeled "Individual Income Tax", so if there is an error of including it it was an error of the editor who added it. (My error would be assuming the reliability of the data).

But the point I made about the data - "Notice the decline without any "Bush tax cuts for the rich"." Is still valid with the data you posted. That later decline was clearly from the recession.
