Glad to hear FW is getting a website and might go internet trading. I also have them as a broker. I bought my EUTO from them and ordered my certs through them, not one problem. And there is no charge for many of the extra things (certs, etc) I also like their customer service and when I bought penny stocks and the execution took a while, they would call me back with confirmation. But I as a small money trader could not afford those commissions. Never more than about 30 seconds on hold either. If they would just lower their commissions......... Sheri
