Harvey; Suspicions confirmed. He is acting like a monopolistic opportunist, using vast resources to beat a market into submission. The problem with DOJ, is they have(in the past) operated at a snails pace well after the fact, and all they do is conduct an autopsy. Will they do this with Netscape?, I hope not. The lead in web server apps is harder to overcome, but if the DOJ vaccillates too long, MS will eventually wear(NS) them out financially and win. The 3 million lines says part of why it is such a sluggard. Bill
