Previous tax cuts being in place don't cause an additional revenue drop years later, Ok Tim, now you have moved to the absurdly obvious...it goes like this...given a new lower baseline and absence of economic contraction taxcuts enacted 6 years earlier don't cause new lows in revenue...duh!
