The post I was referring to is the one also with Tom Clarksburg's name on it, which Riley posts over and over. It's about undeclared short selling. I've got it printed out somewhere if you need to see it right now.

When I first put that article out on SI, there was a caveat regarding ordering your certificates in a penny stock. I always opt for immediate, no questions asked, liquidity. If the certs are kept with your broker, there will be no questions later.

That caveat was conveniently left off, but my name was still on it. I didn't want my name on something on another thread until I found out what was happening. I was a bit disappointed when I saw this.
