Skeeter, you hit the nail, or I should say the nile, on the head. In his report he figures the ASP for 16 EDO Mbit will be $4.85 this quarter (he's high but what the heck), down 25% from last quarter's $6.50 ... and forecasts that ASPs will decline (sequentially) 4% in Q2, 5% in Q3 and 5% in Q4 ... on the face of it this doesn't look too bad, maybe a little conservative ... but let's look at the actual numbers ... he's forecasting ASPs for the next 3 quarters of $4.65, $4.42, and $4.20 .... ahem, current Achilles quotes are $2.90-$3.46 for this part.
Does anyone know what the AICE prices represent? ... manufacturer's selling price, wholesale price, what?
