Zacks is very upbeat on the market - and the reasons is things are getting better and not worse. Their July 13th newsletter posed some thought-provoking ideas which may fuel a/the new bull market. The contention is that companies are increasing advertising which is usually the last thing that improves after a pull-back. And, of course, lots, lots more.
