i see that the gold production numbers are really shaping up, with gold being poured at four of six of the mines they invested in, by end of this year. The most important to immediate future cash slow is luna gold's brazil mine called aurizona, where production is already underway at rate of 50,000 ounces of gold per annum and is to be scaled up to 70,000 in 2012 and 100,000 in the years thereafter.

there is more information on luna gold than before, showing the potential for an underground mine.

for its already invested capital that helped luna get the operationg going, Sandstorm gold is to receive 17 percent of the gold produced from "aurizona main," paying just $400 per ounce.

it is this leverage to expected gold that i thn can propel the stock and turn it into another silver wheaton.

chart on page 14 shows projected cash flow for the years ahead based on various assumed prices of gold.

i am going to guesstimate from this chart and say $1,500 gold means 2011 cash flow of around $35 million. if so that would work out to better than 10 cents per share this year. (There are 320 million shares out.)
