So you would not be opposed to building a pollution spewing factory on the shores of a reservoir?

How about eliminating the FDA - I'm sure that any increases in food borne illnesses will ultimately result in food companies policing themselves?

Maybe we should eliminate auto safety laws like speed limits, reckless driving statutes or bus safety requirements - any increase in auto deaths will ultimately lead to a more balanced and nuanced form of driver safety.

I'm not in favor of eliminating all fracking, but I do think that we should use a science-based process to examine fracking processes used to date to ensure that it doesn't cause more harm than good.
