It's OBVIOUS...the 2009 decline came from an economic collapse...I made that post days ago...but, it's IRRELEVANT to the points we were arguing...there were no other tax cuts after the 2001 and 2003 ones...why would a non-tax cut cause the decline of revenue on 2009?
